ITIL® Managing Professional Transition (Version 5) is for holders of senior ITIL designations who want to move to ITIL® 5 quickly, without repeating known content.
Who it is for:
Exclusively for holders of the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional, ITIL® 4 Master, ITIL® v3 Expert and ITIL® v3 Master designations. The course covers the key ITIL® 5 changes from the Product, Service, Experience and Transformation modules and ends with two exams; passing both earns the ITIL® Managing Professional (Version 5) designation.

What will you learn in the course?
First and foremost, you will master a comprehensive project management system that will guide you through the entire lifecycle. From the initial idea to its successful closure.
How does the exam work?
You can take the exam immediately during the course in paper form, or at any time in the following days from the comfort of your home online. In the case of an electronic exam, we will provide you with an exam voucher with instructions.
How long is the certification valid?
A PeopleCert certification (PRINCE2®, PRINCE2® Agile, ITIL®, MSP®, MoP®, M_o_R® and P3O®, in every version and level) is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. After three years you have three ways to keep your certificate active:
Retake the exam: you sit the exam of the same level again.
Progress to a higher level: you pass the exam of the next level (this automatically extends the lower level by another 3 years).
Earn CPD points: as a PeopleCert Plus member you record professional development activities (at least 20 points per year, 60 points over 3 years) and renew without a new exam.
Important: if you do not renew, the certification does not disappear. You stay in the Successful Candidates Register, but with a note that your certificate is not aligned with current requirements.
In what language are the materials and exams?
Courses are taught in Czech, or in English on request. The exam language depends on the certification:
PRINCE2® 7 Foundation and Practitioner: the exam is available in Czech, Slovak or English.
PRINCE2® Agile, ITIL®, MSP®, MoP®, M_o_R® and P3O®: the exam is in English; non-native speakers get 25% extra time.
Official PeopleCert publications and eBooks are in English; our study materials, practice tests and mock exam are prepared in Czech. The certificate is always issued in English; a certified translation can be arranged on request.
Is it possible to finance the course through the Employment Office?
It is possible to complete a retraining program as a Project Manager, which is fully funded by the Employment Office.
